A French door that would not open

The problem

A returning customer's French double back door would not open. We had changed the lock on this door a couple of years before.

This time the lock was fine. The mechanism inside the door had failed.

We replaced the whole mechanism and kept the same lock.

About an hour and a half, including the drive.

Arrived in 45 mins and fixed my broken door handle lock within an hour.
