I’m locked out. What do I need to have ready?

Just the address and something to show it is your home, like a letter or a photo ID, once we are there. We will not open a door for someone who cannot show they live there.

I’ve been broken into. What happens?

Call the police first, then us. We make the door and the locks safe the same day so you can stay at home, and we tell you what needs replacing properly afterwards.

Do you charge more for an emergency?

Labour is the same during the day. It costs more in the evening and at night, and we tell you the price before we come, not after.
